Feeling Stuck?

When I feel overwhelmed with tasks and todo lists and don't know where to start, I start with the item I want to do the least. I often feel that's what's holding me back!
The mere thought of doing it makes me avoidant and I'd rather run a marathon than take the short path to starting the task. Stupid games on my phone and social media start to intrigue me, which lets me know I'm trying to distract myself!
So for the least favorite item I give it ten minutes. Sometimes I stop at ten minutes and sometimes I realize it's not that bad and keep going. And I work my way throughout the day to the item that I actually want to do. Rewards system.
